Position Title : Customer Service Representative
SHIFT : 8am-5pm
REPORTS TO : Call Center Manager PRIMARY PURPOSE : The Customer Service Representative is responsible for the booking and scheduling a high percentage of customer requests for service work, replacement estimates and routing vendor calls.
The CSR is the 1st impression the customers have of our company, therefor it is imperative the CSR be able to follow company scripts and procedures to provide a positive and professional impression of our company.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES : 1st person to answer phone, Route to proper person.Book and Schedule a high percentage of service calls.
Collection of customer information and maintain info to keep current.Communication with Dispatch on scheduling issues (interpret call type to get right tech to right job).
Preparation and entry of data into management information systems.Sale of Club memberships.Renewal of Club Memberships and record keeping.
Scheduling Preventative Maintenance.Outbound calls for Tune ups during slow months.Meaningful communication with Service or Operations Manager, Dispatch and others that results in effective exchange among all departments for overall best efficiency and profitability.
Filing of service invoices.Purchase and maintain proper levels of office supplies and marketing material.Must interact with all peers and managers in a manner that produces positive results.
Must adhere to regular attendance.
